Notice for Cancellations or Reschedules
We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service.
Cancellation Fees
-If notice is given less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price may apply.
-Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.
Rescheduling Requests
We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please note that availability may vary depending on our schedule.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that life happens. Emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with understanding and care.
